NYC Parades

Gotham Health reintroduced themselves to NYC post-COVID. We are the #BestKeptSecret in NYC, affordable high-quality healthcare available in over 30 locations across five boroughs. Summer 2024, I led the creative design, staff logistics and registration process for our organization to participate for the first time in six parades across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I was tasked with launching our NYC Parades initiative and manage float and vendor logistics while also executing the creative vision for our brand experience to live in the streets of New York. Our message was clear; we live and breathe our New York communities and patients every day, and we also celebrating their culture with them. These parades were instrumental in raising the profile of Gotham Health with press and media opportunities and building connections and referral partners at parade brunches, galas and street festivals, and more!

I designed and led the production of the Gotham Health float & staff promotional items, led meetings instructing staff on guidelines for participating in parades, wrote messaging for media opportunities, created social media videos with our parade partners, coordinated between vendors to have float set up done on time for kickoff, and so much more.

I simultaneously managed the production process for a short documentary with our creative team at Story Eyed Media. They were on hand with us at three of our parades to produce a "behind the scenes" look at Gotham Health's summer. I wrote the creative brief for our production crew to follow, edited scripts, managed staff to be interviewed, created day of production schedules, and consulted many times with the team to full develop the vision for this story.
